Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
You may also declare your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function on our website. To do so, please use the button “Withdraw from contract”. If you use this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs — except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us — without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Special Information for Digital Content
For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, such as e-books, downloads, online materials or digital course materials, the right of withdrawal expires if we have started performing the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
Special Information for Services, Courses and Consultations
For services, courses, consultations, coaching or comparable offers, the right of withdrawal may expire early if the service has been fully performed and we have only started performing the service after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
